Despite still owning his $6 million Beverly Hills home with ex-wife Jenna Dewan, Channing Tatum has officially gone his separate way, shelling out $5.6 million for a tranquil property in Brentwood’s Mandeville Canyon.
The secluded three-bedroom, three-bathroom home was sold to the actor in an off-market deal last month, property records show.
Surrounded by walls of stone and wood — and tucked away behind lush foliage — the home provides a serene escape on nearly an acre of land.
And Tatum, 41, purchased the wood farmhouse fully furnished, with an additional detached guest house.
Pegged as a “secluded retreat,” the home features an open kitchen, a dining area with stone walls, a family room with a brick wood-burning fireplace, and a sun-kissed master bedroom with an en suite bath featuring vaulted ceilings and skylights.
Outdoor amenities include a lagoon-style pool, spa, and sports court, plus meandering paths for hiking.
Earlier this year, Dewan, 40, snagged her own property, as well — a $4.7 million mansion in Encino, California.
After nearly 10 years of marriage, Tatum and Dewan announced their separation on April 2, 2018. Six months later, Dewan filed for divorce from Tatum. Their divorce was finalized in November 2019 — although they reportedly still have lingering financial entanglements to figure out.
He had been dating Jessie J on and off from 2018 to 2020.
