Mosaic artist Allison Eden is known for her colorful work that decorates Bloomingdale’s holiday windows, as well as her giant sculptures inside the shopping shrine.
Now her own cheery Upper West Side abode, with its own pops of art and bright colors, like yellow and tangerine, is on the market for $3.99 million — down from its $4.2 million ask last July.
The three-bedroom, three-bathroom prewar co-op is at the Astor Court, 205 W. 89th St. All three bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms.
Original tile work — from the bathrooms to the fireplaces, kitchen, bar, dining room and main bedroom — was created by Eden.
“This has been my home for more than 20 years. I love my apartment. It’s an entertainer’s dream,” says Eden, who has designed every inch of it. “I finished working on it during COVID. Now, I want to do it again and start fresh.”
Eden’s digs feature an entertaining space with a wet bar complete with a sink, refrigerator and counter.
