Lynsey Crombie, who has more than 200,000 Instagram followers, is known for her incredible cleaning tips and tricks. From tackling limescale in the bathroom to cleaning high cupboards in the kitchen, the Queen of Clean has shared how cleaning fanatics can get the best results from their spring clean.

Starting with cleaning her stained and dirty dishes, Queen of Clean took her Marigold scourer to tackle the dirt.

She said: “We’re going to be using this with just water, so I’m literally dipping this into a plain bowl of water, I have no product at all.

“You don’t need to use product.”

After using a bit of elbow grease, the scourer had removed all of the burnt marks on Lynsey’s pan.

Once the dishes had been cleaned, the cleaning sensation moved on to cleaning her floor, one of the most important steps in a spring clean.

Taking her Vileda 1-2 Spray Mop, Lynsey filled it up with just water to start mopping up her kitchen floor.

The company behind the mop claims that it can remove over 99.9 percent of bacteria with the power of water from the home.

It is great for wooden and tiled floors and is compact enough to fit into a cupboard.

Windows can also get extremely dirty throughout the year, especially during the winter months, and so tackling them during the spring clean is something that many may put off.

However, Lynsey shared an amazing product that not only does the work for you, but also can be used with just water.

She used her Vileda Window Vacuum Cleaner which is extremely popular amongst cleaning fanatics.

Not only is it cordless, but it also vacuums the water or product residue from the class, leaving the windows streak-free and sparkling.

It can also be used on tiles and mirrors or to suck up water spills.

Although the bathroom should be cleaned regularly, tackling it from the ceiling to the floor is not something one everyone’s to do list regularly.

For tackling limescale around the bath, Lynsey recommends using homemade cheap products rather than store bought ones.

Spraying undiluted white vinegar on the limescale and leaving it for 20 minutes or so before wiping it down with microfibre cloths and water is sure to remove the built-up limescale.

The cleaning sensation also recently shared how you can make your own fabric refresher at home using baking soda.

In the Instagram video, Lynsey simply used baking soda, essential oil, a spray bottle and water to create the fabric refresher spray.

She said in the caption for the video: “Why not have a go at making your own homemade fabric refresher?

“So easy and simple. Fill your spray bottle with water.

“Spoonful of bicarbonate of soda. Ten drops of essential oil.

“Shake well, this will last up to three months in your cleaning cupboard.

“Mix and match your oils to get the right fragrance for you.

“Great to use to refresh your home but use with precautions around pets.

“My personalised bottle is from @thestickershop_uk. Happy Tuesday.”
